Only Athlete Tickets with the Flex Add-On may be cancelled.

If you purchased the Flex Add-On, you may cancel your ticket directly in the "Orders" area of your HYROX account or via the ticket management link in your confirmation email.

• 100% refund up to 31 days before your race day (until 7:59 am CET)
• 50% refund up to 7 day before your race day (until 7:59 am CET)

Athlete Tickets with the Lite Flex Add-On or no Add-On, as well as Spectator Tickets, may not be cancelled.

Flex Add-Ons can only be purchased at the time of ticket purchase — they cannot be added afterwards.
