Important Note

Changing the name on a ticket is only possible if you have purchased the Flex Add-On or Lite Flex Add-On.

You can only change the name on the ticket one time. After the name has been changed, it cannot be changed again.

If you have the required Add-On, you can perform this change directly in your account on the ticketing platform or using the link in your booking confirmation email.

If you don't have an account yet, create one using the email address you used to purchase your tickets — they will appear automatically.
